白晓，管理学博士（石河子大学），管理科学与工程博士后（南京航空航天大学），副教授，硕士生导师。研究方向为产业与区域经济发展、灰色系统理论与应用、评价与决策、人才需求与预测。主持和参与国家级、省部级课题10余项，其中国家社科基金1项，自治区自然基金2项、自治区社会科学基金2项、自治区治疆方略课题1项、自治区高校科研业务费项目1项、自治区教育厅青年教师培育基金2项、江苏省博士后科研资助计划1项。在国内外学术刊物发表论文20余篇，其中被SCIE（JCR：Q1）收录1篇，SSCI（JCR：Q1）收录1篇，CSSCI收录3篇，EI（CA）收录9篇。
